The firm has represented clients before the Cyprus Competition Commission on various occasions and prepared and submitted notifications for proposed mergers together with supporting documentation, and has successfully presented before the Commission arguments in support of various transactions, and in rebuttal of allegations made against clients for anti-competitive agreements or concerted practices.
