The firm advises and represents before the Courts public bodies and other organizations, which are regulated under constitutional or, generally, public law.

The firm is regularly instructed by individuals, institutions and public servants and undertakes on their behalf the filing of administrative recourses before the Supreme Court of Cyprus, pursuant to article 146 of the Cyprus Constitution.

The firm’s work in this field also involves hearings before the Supreme Court on the unconstitutionality of laws in the context of constitutional recourses and electoral recourses, the latter, in the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction as an electoral Court.
