Alexandros Efstathiou joined the firm as an Associate in September 2015, after having completed his traineeship with us. He primarily practises in the areas of EU law, competition law, commercial agreements and international arbitration. He mainly focuses on legal advice on questions of EU and international law, regulatory compliance matters, investment, and drafting commercial agreements.
Alexandros has also been working on the review of corporate documents, as well as the preparation and provision of legal opinions. At the same time, he has been involved in the preparation and review of court applications and written pleadings for annulment of administrative acts.
Alexandros gained work experience in human rights and public international law, as an intern in a Geneva civil society organisation, and as a research assistant in the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies in The Hague.
