Niki Mavronicola joined the Corporate and Commercial Department of the firm in September 2017, after having completed her legal training with us. She advises clients on matters relating to corporate governance, as well as corporate restructuring and financing transactions. She has been working on legal due diligence reviews, the preparation of legal opinions and the drafting and review of loan agreements, corporate documents, and commercial agreements. She has also been involved in the reviewing and updating of banking documents to comply with new and existing legislation on consumer credit and residential properties.
Niki gained in-depth knowledge on syndicated loan agreements, international bonds, and the regulation of international and EU capital markets, as well as international taxation law and double tax treaties during her specialist LL.M., taught by leading international practitioners.
